Note: This is part of an ongoing written piece following the discussion of the Preamble and Article I in this same Publication.
Article II describes the powers and responsibilities of the President. Remember that the Articles only mentioned the President in one sentence, and it was apparent that his powers were very limited. We’ve already see in Article I that his powers are much expanded in this document.
